Frosted Pumpkin Bars

4 eggs, beaten

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 C. salad oil

1 tsp. baking soda

2 C. sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

1 C. pumpkin

2 C. flour

1/2 tsp. salt

Cream eggs and sugar; add oil and pumpkin.  Add dry ingredients.  Spread in a greased and floured cookie sheet (16×12).  Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.  Cool; then frost.

Frosting:

3oz. cream cheese, softened

1 tsp. vanilla

6 Tbsp. butter or oleo, softened

1 tsp. milk (more if needed)

3/4 lb. powered sugar

This makes a big batch perfect for family get togethers, potlucks, office parties, bake sales.  Their a big hit!!
