2 oz. Cream Cheese
1 2/3 C. Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
2 drops Food Coloring (your choice)
Molds of your choice
Mash Cream Cheese; Add Vanilla and Food Coloring; Mix in Powdered Sugar; Knead with hands until consistancy of pie crust. Roll into marble size balls; dip in granulated sugar; press sugar side into candy molds and unmold on wax or parchment paper.
Makes about 25 roses and 25 leaves or whatever molds you choose.
